We believe that platforms should be accountable to their users. Our platform will be free to use, but anyone who pays a $5 monthly fee will become a member of our organization, with voting rights on matters of internal governance- how we spend our money, how the platform evolves, new policies, and even the election of board members.

To prevent instability that may be caused by a small membership having total control over the platform, these votes will not be binding until the number of members reaches 10,000. Until then, non-binding votes will be held, and the results made public. The board of directors will be guided by the informed input of the members, and will be mindful of the need to act in ways that earn their continued support.
